Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account on Lucky777. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same email address, same phone number, same IP address or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Lucky777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings held within them.

When creating your account, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and a Pakistani phone number. This information is used to verify your identity, process withdrawals and protect the security of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Lucky777 will never ask for your password via live chat, email or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify the support team immediately so that your account can be secured.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your login details.

Deposits & Payments

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts and cards that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in your account being suspended. Withdrawals & Cashouts

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification being complete on your account. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals above certain amounts may require additional documentation to be submitted, including a copy of your CNIC and proof of the payment method used. This process protects you as the account holder and ensures that funds are only released to the correct person.

Lucky777 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within three hours on average for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Raast and bank transfer withdrawals may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. All withdrawals are subject to a basic review for fraud prevention purposes before dispatch.

• Withdrawals can only be sent to payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals are generally returned to the same method used for the qualifying deposit.

• Identity verification must be complete before any withdrawal can be dispatched.

If a withdrawal request is declined, the funds are returned to your Lucky777 account balance and you will be notified of the reason via your registered email address. Common reasons for declined withdrawals include incomplete identity verification, a mismatch between the withdrawal account name and the registered account name, or the presence of an unmet bonus wagering requirement on the account.

Bonuses & Promotions

• Attempting to abuse, exploit or manipulate bonus systems may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Lucky777 platform — including Slots, Live Casino tables, crash games, virtual sports and instant-win games — are provided by certified third-party game providers. Each game operates using a Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of Live Casino, real physical equipment managed by professional dealers. Lucky777 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or error during a game round, the round outcome may be voided and your stake returned to your account balance. If a game round was completed successfully before the technical issue was reported, the result stands. Sports Betting Rules

Lucky777's Sports Betting section covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football and Esports among other markets. By placing a bet on any sports market, you agree to the following rules in addition to the General Terms:

• All bets are accepted at Lucky777's displayed odds at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed but are fixed once the bet slip is confirmed.
• In-play bets on Cricket and other live markets are accepted at real-time odds. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or abandoned before the minimum qualifying time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the case of a PSL or international Cricket match that is reduced in overs due to weather (Duckworth-Lewis method applied), settled markets will follow the official match result unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault — will result in bets being voided and stakes refunded, regardless of the outcome.
• Any bet identified as placed using inside information, colluding with other players or in any way manipulating a market will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

Lucky777 reserves the right to limit bet amounts on any market at its discretion. Maximum stake limits may apply per bet, per event or per account depending on the market and the player's betting history.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Lucky777 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited:

• Registering more than one account for personal use or registering accounts on behalf of others.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets or play games.
• Deliberately exploiting bonus promotions across multiple accounts — commonly known as bonus abuse or bonus hunting.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen card details or unauthorised access to third-party payment accounts.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds on behalf of third parties.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or sports betting markets.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Lucky777 staff members or other players through any communication channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

Lucky777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that a player has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Players may also voluntarily request account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the platform will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

Privacy & Data Use
